BoilerConsulting.ca exists for one kind of owner: someone running an established HVAC or heating company who wants boiler work to become a proper division rather than an occasional job. We help with the decisions and the marketing: brand structure, readiness, a dedicated website and Google profile, the first-year launch sequence and the division P&L.
What we are, and what we are not
Our job is marketing and business advice for heating and cooling companies, coast to coast. We are not an HVAC contractor. We don't install, repair or service boilers or any other equipment, and we don't offer engineering, mechanical design, inspection or code-compliance services. When a question is technical or regulatory, we say so and point you to your licensed team or the provincial regulator.
That line matters in this niche. A boiler division lives or dies on the quality of the technical work, and that work belongs to you. Our job is to make sure the right customers find it, understand it and call.
The company behind the site
BoilerConsulting.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, serving clients across Canada.
- Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. The HVAC.Agency brand that backs this site is one of its companies, alongside HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
- SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) is the group's Canadian strategy, AI and revenue-acceleration consultancy; Ali Sedighi founded it and serves as its Founder & Managing Partner.
Within the group, this site belongs to the HVAC.Agency family, which handles marketing for heating and cooling companies.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads BoilerConsulting.ca. His MBA is in Technology Management. He started in digital marketing in 2007 by founding ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency, which gives him 17+ years in the field. He now lives and works in Vancouver.
He has built 150+ live HVAC websites. Several of them are boiler businesses, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, BoilerPart.ca and vancouverboilers.ca. GasBoilers.ca is the clearest example of the division model this site is built around: a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat.
Other companies he started include Conv.ca, which specialises in conversion-rate optimisation, and MyAutomation.ca. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
How we work
- Numbers before marketing. We start with your own invoices and call records, so the plan rests on real demand, not on assumptions.
- One decision at a time. Brand structure, then readiness, then the website and profile, then campaigns. The services page sets out the order.
- Written targets. Every launch has targets for months three, six and twelve, and a date when you'll judge them.
- Honest scope. We tell you when a division doesn't make sense yet, or when part of the work belongs with your lawyer, accountant or regulator.
- You own the assets. We recommend your company holds the domain, website and Google accounts from the start; ownership terms are set out in your written proposal.
Why boiler divisions
Boilers are a distinct business inside HVAC. The customers, the questions, the parts and the technicians differ from furnace and air conditioning work. Many companies do some boiler work but never market it, so it stays small. Giving it a name, a front door and its own scoreboard is often the simplest way to grow a part of the business you already know how to deliver. The results page shows what our boiler and heating work has produced, and the guides explain the method in detail.
Who we turn away
We'd rather say no early than take on a launch that can't work. If you have nobody on staff who works on boilers, if your market heats almost entirely with something your team doesn't service, or if you need results within a month to cover cash flow, we'll tell you so and suggest what to fix first.
Exit and succession
A separately tracked division can also matter when an owner thinks about selling. For valuation, exit readiness and succession questions, the group's advisory work runs through Sedighi.ca and BizSell.ca, the group's business-sale and exit brand. We don't provide securities, real-estate or legal advice.
