A boiler division needs five things in roughly this order: a decision about how it is branded, a team and stock that can deliver, a website that answers boiler questions, a Google profile that gets it found, and a P&L that shows whether it is working. Each of our services covers one of those. You can buy them together or separately.
Everything here is marketing and business consulting. We are not an HVAC contractor, and we don't provide engineering, mechanical design, inspection or code-compliance services. The technical side stays with your licensed team.
-
Division strategy and brand structure
Decide whether the boiler work lives under your current name, a sub-brand or a separate brand, and what the first year must prove.
-
Technician, licensing and parts readiness
Line up the people, credentials and stock a boiler division needs before the first ad goes live.
-
Dedicated boiler division website
A site built only around boiler questions, so homeowners and property managers call the division, not the general line.
-
Google Business Profile and local search
Get the division found on Maps and local results for boiler searches in the towns you can actually reach.
-
Division P&L and launch tracking
Track the division as its own business, so you know by month nine whether it is paying its way.
Division strategy and brand structure
Start here if you haven't decided what the division is called or what it must prove in year one. We look at your current boiler work, your market and your plans for the company, then recommend one of three structures: keep boiler work under your existing name, create a sub-brand, or launch a separate brand like GasBoilers.ca, the gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat.
You come away with a written decision, the reasons behind it, and the three or four targets the division has to hit before you put more money in. Details on the division strategy page, and the long version in the brand structure guide.
Technician, licensing and parts readiness
Choose this if marketing could outrun your capacity. A boiler campaign that works sends calls you then have to answer, quote and complete. This service maps who will take those calls, which certifications to look for in your province, which regulator's register to check, and what stock the division carries from the start.
We plan it as a business problem: hours, cash tied up in parts, and coverage when someone is off. We don't verify licences or advise on code. See readiness planning.
Dedicated boiler division website
Choose this once the brand decision is made. Boiler buyers ask different questions from furnace buyers: whether to repair or replace an old cast-iron boiler, whether a combi unit suits a small home, what a hydronic system costs to maintain. A dedicated site answers those questions directly and sends the call to the people who can handle it.
Builds start with the Essential website at $3,500. The division website page covers page structure, timelines and common mistakes.
Google Business Profile and local search
Choose this alongside the website. For most homeowners, the first contact with a new division is a Maps result. A separate brand needs its own verified profile; a sub-brand needs its existing profile reworked so boiler work is obvious. We set up categories, services, photos and a review routine that fits your team's workflow.
The Google profile page explains what Google's rules mean for a second brand operating from the same address.
Division P&L and launch tracking
Set this up before launch, not after. If boiler revenue and costs are mixed into the main company's books, nobody can tell at month nine whether the division is working. We set up call tracking, job tagging and a simple monthly division P&L, so marketing spend can be judged against gross profit rather than clicks.
See division P&L tracking, and work the numbers yourself with the P&L guide.
If you only buy one thing
Buy the strategy. A clear brand decision, written targets and a review date protect you from the most expensive mistake in a division launch: spending a year of marketing on something nobody defined. Everything else can be added later, or handled by people you already work with.
How the services fit together

The first-year sequence guide explains each phase. Prices for the marketing side are on the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to buy all five services?
No. Some owners only need the brand decision and a P&L template, because they already have a web team. Others want the full build. We recommend an order, but you choose what to buy, and every scope is confirmed in writing.
Which service should come first?
Strategy and readiness, almost always. Marketing a division before you know who answers boiler calls, what stock you carry and what name it trades under usually wastes the first months of ad spend.
Do you do the boiler installations or service calls?
No. We are a marketing and business consulting service. We are not an HVAC contractor, and we do not install, repair or service any equipment. Your own licensed team does all the technical work.
Can the services be added to a monthly marketing plan?
Yes. The website, Google profile and launch campaigns fit inside our monthly plans, which start at $2,998/month. Strategy and P&L setup can be part of the plan or quoted in writing as a separate piece of work.
